The Maiden Journey

Gen Pacu Education Foundation is proud to present to you the maiden 6 beneficiaries from the districts of Pakwach, Nebbi and Zombo, for the year 2023. Four (4) of these students were admitted to Ocer Campion Jesuit College and the other two (2) to St. John Paul II, both located in Gulu.
The beneficiaries comprised a girl and a boy from each of the 3 Greater Nebbi districts.
All students were carefully selected based on performance and vulnerability indices.
Orientation and Confidence and Trust-building

Before embarking on the journey into secondary school life, the students, together with their parents were invited to Nebbi Town where they spent 1 week for orientation and confidence and trust-building.
They were met by representatives of GPEF and had the opportunity to interact and get to know each other.
At the end of the week-long induction and preparation period, the beneficiaries became a confident group of Primary school leavers ready for the calling ahead of them.
